Facilities Overview

Sarnia Concrete Products operates two ready-mix facilities, one in Sarnia, the other in nearby Forest, Ontario.

Both are full-service operations and include a fleet of 17 mixers, two stone slingers and two concrete pumping units.

From both locations, Sarnia Concrete Products and EMC (the wholly owned facility in Forest) customers can order from a menu of some 200 different concrete mixes, each of which is ideal for a particular application or weather situation.

In all cases, the concrete mix being delivered meets or exceeds standards developed and maintained by the Ready Mix Concrete Association, one of the most stringent quality systems in the ready-mix industry. The process incorporates statistical analysis and certification by qualified engineers.

Manufacturing Equipment

Sarnia Concrete Products has sophisticated, computerized equipment at both its Forest and Sarnia plants. Based on customer requirements and environmental conditions, concrete is mixed to order and delivered to the site in one of 17 modern front discharging trucks.
